What is the likelihood of someone acquiring a loan for 3000 - 5000 dollars in a matter of 3 days?

He is 21, With not so good credit (which is the reason he needs the loan). Do standard banks such as Chase give emergency personal loans? If not, then... who does?

Also, any "private lenders" who respond to your posting are scammers and should be avoided.

get a signature loan through the bank..you need proof of income-paystub or whatever.
