I use cold. I got into a debate over this with a friend. She used warm and asked me how I expected to get my teeth clean with cold. I said, Ah, with the toothpaste. She made me think so I tried warm for a while. Did not like it. Went back to cold.

I use cold water which I put over the toothpaste once it's on the brush, I don't know about others but it's just something that I've always done. I used to use warm water to rinse out my mouth but not really been doing that for a while now I just use mouthwash!!
Thanks!!

Depends how much of a rush I'm in. If I'm rushing ill wash my teeth in the shower using warm water from the shower head. If I'm stood at the sink i use cold.
