They said if i don't want my period, i can skip the green ones, and just go on to the next pack. . but then they said something about waiting a week, but im not sure if that was before or after the green ones. Am i supposed to go a week without taking any pills?? doesn't seem right. But if i don't want to bleed, can i take the last pill in the pack, and start a new pack tomorrow??

yes you can just start the new pack the green pills are inactive because the hormones wont allow you to get your period......but you need to get your period every so often to cleanse the system of your body so if you decide to skip your period don't do it more than two times before you bleed once just like the shot or you can end up VERY ill.

If you don't want you period skip the inactive pills and IMMEDIATELY start a new pack. There is no waiting a week for anything. You misunderstood or misheard what what said. You simply keep taking acitve pills every day and throw out the inactive ones.

Who is "they"?
You should talk to your doctor about doing ANYTHING against what the prescription says.
You may not even skip your period, you could possibly still have it. Then it'll take months for you to get back on track with the pills and your period. Been there done that.
