To play it safe, I think you should delay your implants until AFTER your vacation.

hmmm, i don't know, but i don't think so. Breast augmentation is a major surgery and if you only give yourself a month to recover that may not be enough.
You also have to consider the possibility of complications, cause there's always a chance after a surgery. if something goes wrong and you have to see the ship doctor, they may not be able to treat you. then you'd have to disembark to go to a hospital for proper care, which will cause you to miss your cruise.
If it were me, i'd decide which is more important for now..boobs or the cruise!. cancel one or the other.
But speak with your doctor!
