Healthy Krstic and Jefferson, new backups for J-Kidd and an experienced dominating presence in the key, being Magloire.
I think they'll be competing with the Celtics for the top Division spot. And probably get to the second round again at least ...
Nevertheless, if they want to be a real contender they should search for another powerful big man that plays defense and can dominate the paint ...

I'm trying to be optimistic. I think Armstrong was the best pickup of the offseason so far. Now Jersey has two smart floor leaders and that can only help them and Marcus Williams' development. Jamaal Magloire will add some toughness and that's good. I think the Nets are capable of being a "surprise" team if they get their act together

i think the nets will but
they will be short on point guard on the first month because of the marcus williams injury.
and we dont know if kristic have regained or recovered from ACL injury.
and the bench is the only problem because they have no productive bench player.
vince should be good this season and avoid injury.

Of course!!! They have a frontcourt this year. Say goodby to Moore and Collins. They will win at least 10 more games this season.

lol did mh say short on pg? well thats som1 who doesnt know basketball. They should do great this season picking up maglore spelt wrong and with everyone coming out of injury they are a contender in east.

I think they be a lot better this year because they got the inside precents of Kristic.
