I am paying $700 a month for a Apt right now. I like the location but there is no pool. There is one that I looked at over the weekend and its $750 bigger and has a pool. The problem I have is I want to stay under $900 a month for everything and this other place will put me at $940 to depending on the time of the year as high as $1000. Do you think I should just pay the little extra cause I like it better or stick to what I said when I started to look and stay under $900?

Only you can answer this question for yourself. Are you going to use the pool? Would you get $50 worth of value from the pool per month? Is the extra $40 a big deal for you? I don't know about your finances or priorities so it's nearly impossible to tell.

Stay where you are. Besides, if you signed a lease,it could be hard to get out of and cost you more to get out of it. Depending on where you live, if you break a lease, you might be liable for the entire amount of the lease or could have to pay until the place is rented again.
