You don't normally feel a flutter in your stomach until you are at least 3-4 months pregnant... sometimes longer. I you have missed your period for this long or have had unprotected sex than I would definitely take a test just to be sure. If you are that far along than you need to be recieving pre-natal care.
Best of luck!

A flutter in your stomach could be almost anything, more than likely a gas bubble though.
You start feeling baby movements anywhere between 12-20 weeks. Usually towards the later end if it's your first pregnancy. You would have to be at least 3 months pregnant in order to be feeling a little baby in there.

You would be about 4 months pregnant if the flutter was a baby. Have you missed your period for 4 months?? Also, I felt all the things I did when I first felt the baby move, after I was pregnant too. They feel similar, probably gas.

IF you were pregnant, you wouldn't feel flutters until at least 14-16 weeks. It's probably something else.
