Concentrated orange juice has a high amount of orange juice on it (Higher than 50%, usually like 65%).
Dilute orange juice has a higher amount of water mixed with it, so the juice percentage is lower, many times like 30-40%.
Of course, that depends on many things, but mainly thats it.
Hope it helps!!!:D

It means that the orange juice has been concentrated at the source by driving off a lot of the water, when it reached the packing company in the UK, its diluted with water back to its correct strength, it means it should be cheaper as it costs the same to ship 100 litres of concentrate as 100 litres of pure juice, but at the packing company they can get 300 litres from the 100. It doesn't taste as good, and I don't buy any prepacked juice as oranges here are so cheap I make my own, and here freshly squeezed means just that, squeezed about 10 minutes before being drunk

Okay so not really that hard -
Conc. juice is orange that has had the majority of water removed from it leaving a concentrated solution, that is smaller than the complete substance you started with, therefore less has to be transported, so it is cheaper for the selling company. However to drink conc. juice you have to replace the water removed by the production company. Dilute juice is what you get when you add water to conc. juice, however PURE juice is just what you get from a pressed fruit without doing anything to it.
Hope that helps!

Well this isn't very scientific but I always thought that concentrated orange juice is pure orange juice like you get from the milkman but without the bits in it and diluted orange juice is like orange squash. You add water to it.

The amount of water content.
Concentrated orange juice has little water content.
Dilute orange juice has a large water content.
NB Water is the solvent and orange juice is the solute. The two 'mixed' together make a solution.
