I've known that i'm bi for over a year, and a few months ago me and this girl used to get drunk. then when we played dares the last time we got off. all this has done has convinced me that i'm bi. now i've fallen for my best mate who's a year younger than me and definately straight!! any advice as to how to deal with it. like when we're hugging and stuff all i wanna do is kiss her and never let go..... please help me... i don't wanna lose her as a friend but i don't know how long i can go on like this for..... :S

Sounds like lust conbind with a need to belong, not love. Love means understanding, and you don't seem to really understand her, if you want to change her. That aside, people loss sight of how personal sex is, they believe no harm can come from it, and thats a load of crap. The fact is even strait people have big issues with sex, you add into it an extra dimension of bi-sexuality and you've got a formula thats going to hurt people, not help them. Leave her be, be her friend, leave that sexuality in the back ground, she descides to go bi-curious, then let her, you can welcome her into the flock. But for you to put any pressure on her for this, is unfair. So just be patient, and find someoen else who actuall ACCEPTs their bi'ness.....
