The Cons media has to pick on the small stuff because that is what their audience is interested in, evidently. FOX News has spent days on Obama's lack of lapel pin saying it's no big deal to put one on, so why doesn't he? They see it as a snub to America! They're trying to turn the Flag lapel pin into a symbol for Conservative Repulicans only.
Next they will be saying if you don't wear a pink ribbon pin you must be for Breast cancer!

No, they are feigning being “fair and balanced” with these little insignificant items.
Instead of addressing the true problems of the Democrat Party such as the fact that they have lurched so far to the Left that they might as well be wearing Marxist lapel pins they put out these ridiculous items so as to say they are looking at both sides of the issues.

Its misdirection for the easily duped.
We can understand a poor redneck gasping at a $400 haircut when a bowl does just fine.
And we all know no woman with cleavage can be taken seriously.
Since Obama has such a funny name, he darn well better wear a pin so we'uns can tell which team hes on.
When dealing with the more intelligent, they use more intelligent arguments, when dealing with the rest of us they just keep repeating "the Democrats love to tax and spend."
Scary words until you realize the Republicans believe in Spend and Owe.

The media caters to it's viewers, who are shallow and unable to concentrate on serious matters for long periods of time. Their motto might as well be "Keep it Simple for Stupid".
