f1 tansmissions in road legal cars change gears faster but can their cluth last for more than 10k miles?

Nope, it isn't used to the driving style that has to be adapted for the roads, besides the thing has 7 gears but no reverse, problematic when it comes to parking...

the f1 transmissions in production car should really be called f1 "technology based" transmissions, the computer programed gear changes and rev matching might come from the f1 cars, BUT!!!!!, an f1 transmission is mostly carbon fiber and very little steal, the whole thing is 7 gears in a casing about the size of your two fists cupped together, no it wouldn't last 10k in a heavy road car during city driving stop and go traffic

Only F1 cars. Others may have a transmission based on the design, but they are modified for street use and reliability.

Yes. If you're talking about Direct Sequential, then a company like Volkswagen isn't going to release a car with a transmission life of about one year. They'd have to replace them every year under warranty and the media would have a field day. The resultant publicity would mean people would probably stop buying Volkswagens because they would get a repuatation of being unrelaible. So, the answer is that they are at least as reliable as normal transmissions.
