Howcome we don't have so many Saturdays?

...Mondays help us appreciate Saturdays and Sundays more so I guess they do have a purpose after all...
(pssst...it doesn't mean we have to like them more, though)

The word Monday comes from the Philipine word "Merndee" meaning "wall"
Look at it this way.
Top runners in the 100m at an indoor event run full pelt down the straight and at the end run into a padded wall to stop themselves.
If you are having a really great weekend . . . . the rest is obvious.

what i think monday it"s the basic key of the week without monday there is not tuesday and .....
come to the saturday is always there after basic key days for relaxation and when saturday turns to be a key day no body will have to....???

Mondays come every 7th day .And that is a awful way to spend one seventh of your life.
If you have the time count up the number of Saturdays.

I hate mondays too. The only good mondays are bank holiday mondays!

i never work mondays but i have noticed that there are even more tuesdays than saturdays AND sundays put together.

I did not work, so for me every day is the same.
It's Monday again.
It's Tuesday again.
It's Wednesday again.
It's Thursday again.
It's Friday again.
It's Saturday again.
It's Sunday again.
.......it kind of bored, really.
