"they" aren't looking for him, I mean imagine the problems the US would have trying to lock up/execute a member of the Bin-Laden family, one of the most powerful families in Saudi Arabia. So they use Iraq/Iran as a distraction and guess what? Most dumb *** Americans fall for it.

Funny thing this,after 9/11 all domestic flights in America were temporarily banned but during the ban one plane did take off carrying the Bin Laden family. Food for thought. I`m not saying that Osama was on that flight.

(Potential) Reasons Why We Haven't Found Osama

1) He's dead, of natural causes. But that doesn't look good for the US or his followers, so we're going to keep pretending he's still alive somewhere.
2.) He's having an affair with Bush.
3.) We're too busy sending Americans on a suicide mission to "liberate" a country that doesn't want to be liberated.
4.) He was fabricated by the US Government.
5.) Finding him means that the fear of him can dissipate, which means that people will no longer feel the need to rely on the whims of the government.
6.) Bush and/or the rest of the executive branch has to much to lose in power and money if he's found.

i think they've known where he was since 9/11 - if they can find sadaam in a hole in the desert - then yeah, Bush has known where he's been the whole time. They're old friends with the Bush's - have you seen the film footage of them through the years together - bush family & bin laden family?
