they are fake some random guy most of edited pictures and done stuff to make it look like it is kakashi's real face but kakashi's face has never been revealed yet not in the manga ,anime nor any naruto movies so it is best to ignore pictures like that

The episodes are very behind the actual manga. In the manga, there is yet to be a time where Kakashi shows his real face, so I highly doubt there will be a time in the anime.

The second one is definitely a shop. I'm not so certain about the first one. It's ether from a flashback scene, or is a shop as well. I'm leaning more towards the former though.

Those have been edited on Photoshp to reveal his face. It's not real.

they are both shop pictures, pictures that have been edited on a computer to remove the mask.
