Should they start putting pictures of missing husbands on beer bottles? Would that get more circulation than a milk carton?

sure. even if nobody goes home, they'll sit in the pub saying 'look, frank. you made it onto this week's batch of Fat Tire.'

It's interesting you ask this question.

We at Miller Brewing Company have test marketed your concept.

While we thought that is was an excellent approach in family unification, our test results proved just the opposite.

We did, in fact, place photos of missing husbands and boyfriends on both our Lite and regular beers, the input from our customers was not quite what we expected. Not only did it not assist in bringing back the errant husband or boy friend to the "little woman" but actually caused a bit of a violent response from our other wise responsible consumers.

It was reported from our suppliers (bars) that the damage done by our long neck version was unacceptable and that they would no longer be able to replace their windows and mirrors without some remuneration from our corporate office.

We are still investigating the possibility of printing "missing" spouses on our cans.

Why missing husbands? Why not missing wives?
How about one beer cans? That's good circulation.

Yeah they would get more circulation, but how many people would you see talking to the face on the bottles? It would make more drunk jokes then anyone could imagine!

Good try though!

It would probably get more circulation than a milk carton. You should patent that idea.

lol..... fabulous idea. Although, i'm certain that if they did do that, most of the husbands that spotted their pics on a bottle of bud would just pass it off as a hallucinatory episode due to the high level of intoxication. LOL.... i'm doubtful it would make very much difference. !! lol

I can't see that being of any help. No responsible beer drinker is gonna nark out a guy in hiding from his wife!

nah i don't get the idea....
and if drunk people pick up a bottle with a pic of a missing man they'll just laugh at it...

But it's good to bring that up anyway.
