you have to remove the gauge cluster to change the bulbs.

to remove the gauge cluster, first tilt the steering column down and remove the upper shroud (the piece between the steering wheel and the instrument panel lens). There should just be a couple of screws holding the upper and lower halves together.

then you need to remove the gauge assembly lens and surround. There are two screws that go through the top underside into the dash pad that you remove first. Then gently pull on the lower portion of the surround to release the two clips that hold the bottom in. the clips are about 2" in from the outer edges and you'll feel the resistance from them as you try to pull on the lower lip, but they should just pop out.

with the clips released and the screws out, wrap the tip of a flat screwdriver in a towel and gently pry up on the dash pad to get the surround out. There are two small 'hooks' on the surround so you'll probably have to tilt the top upwards to release the hooks.

when the surround is removed you can get to the three screws that hold the gauge assembly in. There are two on the bottom and one on the top. Take out the screws and pull the gauge cluster forward. Then remove the two connectors from the back of the gauge cluster and take the gauge cluster out to replace your bulbs.

then the famous "install in reverse order of disassembly" statement applies.

You should be able to do it with a little patience. I think there is only one bulb that needs to be replaced.

hope that answers your question.
