Define the function to read in a hexadecimal number and send out a decimal number.

I see no standard function in C named convert. So I assumed you meant a user-defined function.

Depends on what program you are using the convert() program with. It is different for "C" then it is for "excel" or "assembly" for example.

Need a little more information to answer the question....
