assuming u want the derivative with respect to r:
d/dt (5/3)pi*r^3 = 5*pi*r^2

f `( r ) = 5π r ²
Are you sure that it is not meant to be
(4π/3) r ³ , which is the volume of a sphere?
If so, answer would be 4 π r ²
