Witten would have to have a pretty nice game in order for him to beat you. If Witten gets 1 or 0 TDs, you should win, but if he gets 2, your opponent has a legitimate shot at winning.
However, it seems like a long shot. Tony Romo has many other targets to throw to, and he isn't going to go to Witten in the end zone all that often. The RBs will get a lot of red zone carries, so you should be safe.
Buffalo's run defense is pretty bad, so I would look for the Cowboys to take advantage of that, handing it off to Barber and Jones a LOT.
Most TEs obviously don't rack up the yardage, and it is pretty unusual to see any tight end get 100+ yards, which would probably be what your opponent would need from Witten to beat you.

He has a chance obviously, but this could be a blow-out, and Romo spreads the ball around a lot. If Buffalo keeps it close I'd still say you win, but it will be close. If it's a blow-out you should be okay. Basically (as long as there's no bonuses in your league) Witten would have to either: catch for 180+ yards, catch for 130 and 1 TD, or catch for 50 and 2 td's. The third seems the most likely, but none of them seem very likely.

Well, Witten would have to go bonkers. I have Ben Watson (NE), and this week he would have gotten 22 points in your league... two TDs and a pile of yards (100+).
It's possible, but not likely. That's a lot for any TE not named Gonzalez or Gates.
Given how bad Buffalo's run-defense is, I think Jones and Barber will go off. Crayton and TO should get theirs. Witten might have a nice game, but not 18 points nice.
I think you are golden.
EDIT: This isn't a Points-per-Reception league is it? If so, that could be trouble. He could catch 5 or 6 balls easily.

It would be tough for you to lose, but if you give a 1 point bonus for 100 yards like my league does, than 120+ yards and a TD you lose!!!!

Witten has to have a minimum of 120 yds and 1TD to tie its possible but not probable. Anymore than 1TD you may be up the well known creek
