If so, how? Also, how is your income?

Yes. I am a database administrator, and would not have gotten any of the jobs I have had without a degree.
Some of the people I worked with had to go finish their degrees or do the coursework for getting another major in Computer Science before they could be promoted.
Some people with little talent, but with degrees also find paying positions in Computer Science, usually as trainers, documentation writers, configuration control - so a degree can even trump lack of ability...although those are the positions that are let go the fastest, in a downturn.
The money is very good.

My undergraduate degree? Not directly, but it got me into the graduate programs which degrees I am using. My income is okay, but would be better if I had stopped at my master's degree, rather than going on for a Ph.D. (a trade-off I made knowingly, though).
