Take a "sawzall "a reciprocating saw and cut it up.I have removed dozens this way.Do wear a dust mask,the dust is not pleasant to breathe.

Rent a Sawzall. A circular saw would work but the curves on the unit will cause problems and possible kickback. Jigsaw will also work.

I presume you want to cut it into pieces and remove it. A circular saw or any other type of hand held saw will work. Just cut it into pieces and cart it out.

Be sure to wear a mask and glasses. Fiberglass dust can be rough on the lungs and eyes.

saws all is the but go slow to make sure there is no wiring plumbing in the way .vibration from cutting with any tool could also create leaks in the plumbing joints so make sure they are all free from the tub and its surrounding.

A jigsaw and cut a hole in it. Then just start tearing it apart.
