Venice is really a wonderful cliché, more passionate, more wonderful and more astonishing than you can expect. No matter exactly how many photographs or shows you might have seen, it is however a jaw-dropping knowledge viewing Venice's canals and palaces for the very first time and this you would do with the aid of this website hotelbye . Truly Venice's best-known church and one of the very most easily acknowledged in the world is St. Mark's Basilica (Basilica di San Marco). That basilica was originally the Doge's private chapel, decorated with Byzantine art pieces which are the main booty brought back by Venetian ships following the drop of Constantinople. The gold-backed mosaic pictures above the gates on the façade only touch at the mosaic beauty inside, where 4,240 square yards of gold mosaics protect the walls. Therefore, the St. Mark`s Basilica is a place worth visited.

All you need is basic arithmetic and a clear understanding of what percentage means.
Let's take an example. You are asked what is 48% of 192. It doesn't matter what we have 192 of, it could be cars, DVDs or chips.
Well the 192 represents 100%.
So 1% of 192 (cars, DVDs, cbips ...) is 192/100
Hence 48 % of the 192 (cars, DVDs, chips...) is
(192/100) x 42 or 92.16.
You will see here that a % of something is often not a whole number. Mathematically the answer is correct although because we live in a in a practical world , we can't imagine 92.16 cars etc.

If you can perform simple division, then you can calculate a percentage. Divide one number by the other, multiply by 100 (just move the decimal point 2 spots to the right) and there's your answer.
For a full run-down on how to do such divisions, feel free to drop me a line to discuss further; otherwise please take a look at "Mind Games: Amazing Mental Arithmetic Made Easy" (ISBN 9781843581413) which covers various classes of mental calculation tasks in detail. Sorry if I sound like an advert, but I wrote that book.

it is literally the numerator of the fraction expressed as hundredths
say 3/4
= (3 x ?)/4 x 25 ....choose 25 coz 4 x 25 = 100
=(3 x 25)/ 100
=75/100
expressed as a percentage = 75%

You take the smaller number and you divide it by the larger number. Then you multiply the quotient by 100 and you get the percentage.
