I allow myself to be on hold for 15 minutes, after that I hang up and call again and complain. That's customer service in the USA.

well i was talking to my girlfriend and then she had got another call then she put me on hold for 50 minutes then she clicked over and saod that she didn't want to go out anymore

if it is something important i will wait yeah the lomgest for me ia 30 mins but if its just someone i am talking to i dont wait more than a minute or two
