I am thinking of moving to Dallas and start life over.
I have to get out of overpriced Chicago. I can't even afford to buy a house and I make good money. I want to move down south and start my business and buy a home I can afford.

Jess-It'snot so much Dallas is cheaper ,it's that Chicago is grossly overpriced. even if you earn $100K a year in Chicago, you still have to rent because you can't buy, you don't make enough.

No, 35 is still young enough. It is cheaper here.
If your heart says go ,then move.
GOD BLESS

No it is not too old. Why Dallas? Is the cost of living less there? At least you won't have high heating bills.

It is definitely not too old to start over in your life, plenty of people don't start over until they're 50.
If you really want to do it, just go for it.
