All of those are perfectly safe for pregnancy.

In fact, omega-3's and garlic and Vitamin C are found in many of the foods pregnant women eat in their regular diet.

Vitamin C is esp. good and pregnant women need more of it. If you are taking a prenatal vitamin, it should already be in there. And since a pregnant woman's immune system is somewhat depressed anything to help boost immunity (like garlic) is beneficial.

I examine that omega 3 is amazingly significant for being pregnant. Elizabeth Noble's e book stated that ladies who eat fish prosperous in those oils have extra clever being pregnant outcomes. the only element i may well be hectic approximately is mercury and different contaminants. in case you circulate to a nutritionist or naturopath or wellness keep that would propose a top high quality fish oil supplement you're in many cases secure. Or in case you eat the fish immediately, smaller fish are in many cases much less contaminated (sardines, anchovies) Tilapia is meant to be between the main secure fish to eat...and it would not style fishy! nevertheless i think of it has much less omega3 than salmon.

The ones you have mentioned are perfectly safe to take. This is not true of all vitaments or supplements or herbal remedies so you should always check if not sure.

Check with your doctor first--we don't know your history or background. Every woman is different and your doctor can tell you what you need to take, even if it's safe ypou may not need it.
