me and my wife live in dublin ireland we signed over our home to our daughter and son in law we are both 64 yrs of age if we got the house back in our name to get seniors money does any body know is there a cost for this and what does it entail

I doubt if you'll be able to do this. Certainly the daughter and son-in-law now own the property. I hardly imagine they'd be keen to see it signed back as a great deal of their security would go with that. Would you take over all the payments on the property and 'let' it back to them? Surely you would have to live in the property to get any 'Seniors' Allowance against it?

The good graces of your daughter and son-in-law. You've given it away, so it's no longer yours. Unless they agree to give it back to you, there's nothing that you can do.
