Besides sites such as Realty Trac who charge for these services the government has sites you can go do research for free for all states, you will need to search for your state within those free sites. Here are some of them

Foreclosures are published in the Legal Notices section of the local newspapers. Once the foreclosure is complete, they're generally sold off through local real estate agents. Any agent can help. Keep in mind that there are no bargains in the foreclosure market. Most of the price differential is down to the poorer condition of the home due to deferred maintenance.

HUD website, county website... Are you sure you know what you're getting into? Buying a foreclosed home isn't as easy, nor as habitable most times.
