I second the first answer. Yes, there is a difference between condom and none. Yes, it feels better with no condom.
Pleasure scale:
Sex with condom (scale of 1-10) = 9
Sex with no condom (scale of 1-10) = 10
So, would I rather get some with a condom or none, easy answer, some with a condom!!!
Although you didn't ask, you know that condoms are important for prevention of STD's and pregnancy, blah, blah, blah...

I don't know if it does or not, well cuz I am a woman. HOWEVER I can tell you this, my husband says it does. I can also tell you that it inhibits MY pleasure. BUT there is nothing more inhibiting than a crying baby in the middle of sex, or having blisters or worse in the gential area because of an STD~so even though it may inhibit the pleasure~it seems that there are SO many more things that would inhibit the pleasure if you DON'T use it!!!!
Try finding a partner that you are monogomous with, and practice birth control, after you have BOTH been tested for STD's and HIV, that what you can play it safe no matter what!

Yes it does effect sensation. But if you're getting some, don't complain, it's a minor inconvenience. It still feels great!

Most men say condoms decrease pleasure.
For me, wearing a condom INCREASES pleasure and I climax quicker and more intensely.

Yes it does a bit. I find it better if I pull my foreskin back before I put the condom on, or it's quite nice if the girl puts it on for me.

Ehm..

well never had sex before but you can buy studded condoms so yes it would but not alot
