Columbus Day who is home and who is working....I gotta go to work soon but its a real short day. If your home whats your plan for the day???

The housing market in Columbus really stinks right now, in part due to the fact that all of those builders sold people homes they really couldn't afford, and most of them are foreclosing or are on short sales and are bringing the prices of the homes around them down. Honestly, you'll have a difficult time selling them unless you're willing to eat part of your equity in them and price them low. This is even more so the case since you're moving out of state, which probably means you want to sell quickly. While as a whole, housing prices in Columbus are undervalued compared to the rest of the country, the market is so slow right now that unless you have the luxury of time, you'll probably take a loss if you sell quickly.

well i am home because i resign from my job and now i am just a good housewife and mother. i plan to spend my day a do some shopping at the local stores. a sister have to look good at all times.
