I work at a day care in the infant room.. well Friday I got puked on and woke up Saturday with nauseousness, extremely tired/no energy that has persisted to this morning. I'm on the birth control shot, but it should be up in less than a week.
I only thought i had the stomach flu until my fiance's family started joking about morning sickness. or i was just over stressed cause we were in the middle of moving across town into a new apartment.

I know ya'll can't tell me if I'm pregnant or not, i just want some other opinions on if it's plausible to even peruse going out and getting a pregnancy test. or using the last bit of pocket money i have to go to the doctor for the flu,

First of all, if you do have the flu, it is not the same thing as a "stomach virus."

Flu is short for "influenza" which is a respiratory virus. The symptoms are high fever and some cold symptoms and headaches and achiness. Sounds like you don't have any of these.

If what you have is a simple 2 or 3 day virus, then there is no need to go to the doctor. They can't treat it and would only tell you "let it run it's course."

I would give it one more day, and if you are still having symptoms of sickness, then yes go out and try a pregnancy test. Some women have gotten pregnant even while on Depo. In fact, you are at a higher risk for ectopic pregnancy.

Missing your period is very common on the shot. Generally it takes 6-12 months after your last shot to become fertile again. Sounds like you have a stomach virus. Before you get your next shot, ask the doctor to do a pregnancy test, the results will be more accurate than an HPT. Good Luck

i would get a pregnancy test because the injection is not 100% relible.it can be dangerose to have a flu jab if you are pregnant.then a again it could be that you have picked up the bug that the child had.but i would take a test to be on the safe side

maybe... are you late? i'd wait another couple of days see how you go maybe you just have a tummy bug u caught of one of the kids or the flu like u said. no point in doing anything until your period is late though

Get a pregnancy test before you do anything else.
