You should dress-up as a Japanese school girl, that would be more fun, it seems that cross-dressing is very big in Japan, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding yourself a sexy little school girl uniform & everything else you would need. And who cares if you're tall, you'd just be a big girl.

Not sure where you can find a costume in Tokyo, but it would be easy to make at home!

Just get a pair of dark blue or black trousers and cut them so they're short. At any sewing shop, or in the sewing section of a store like SATY or JUSCO, buy some iron-on hem stuff. The kind that I have is in a paste-like form. It's called 布補修ボンド, nuno hoshuu bondo, and it only costs a couple hundred yen. You just spread it on the inside of the hem, fold it up, and iron. Wear this with suspenders, a white polo, white socks, and black shoes.

For the hat and backpack, you should try looking in the boys department of a store like Saty, Jusco, Aeon, or even a bigger store like Mitsukoshi.
