Not legally. Getting married prior to divorcing one's spouse is called "bigamy" -- illegal in all 50 state.

If you live in the US...
Sure. If their first spouse is deceased. If the spouse is still living then they can't remarry without getting a divorce.

not legally in the US. I saw on a show once that the soon to be ex wife could sign a paper to allow the soon to be ex husband marry b4 the divorce was final, not sure if that is actually legal or not, like I said it was on TV.

no you have to be legally divorced from your first to legally get married again... just live in sin with them saves a lot of money and heartache in the end
