I want to start a club. What things do I need, and what do I need to do?

Sorry.I should have elaborated more. I want to start a club for girls, that encourages them to become 'green'. What I mean is, a club that's mission is the help save the ozone layer, and stuff like that. Sorry- it's sort of hard to get into every thing ight now.-- I'm multitasking as it is today! Thanks though!!!

What kind of club?
In general, all you need is a reason plus other people who want to join.
If it is to be a school-related club, it needs to be related to school in some way, and you need a teacher/advisor to sponsor you.
If its a fan-club or Internet-based club, all you need is a website and the proper coding to allow people to sign up online and such...
