Is it possible to miscarry and still have a regular period?

I always have normal periods w/ light flow and last only 5 days. This last period, however, was very heavy and I was experiencing a lot of clotting in the flow (with additional spotting longer than 5 days). It is possible that I may have been pregnant. Any ideas of why???

You can have heavier periods for no reason. However, if yo uhave an early miscarriage, that is what its like.

Allot of woman have an early MC without knowing it.It is normal than.
