If you want to have kids, stop trying to make them and just have sex.
If you keep on trying to make it happen, and living in suspense every month hoping maybe this time it will happen, the stress will keep it from taking place.
Stop trying. It sounds mean, but its sage advice from many a former unpregnant woman.

sorry sweetie. I cant imagine how frustrating that is. Baby Dust t you. Keep the faith!
and don't worry about trying...just dont try too hard. Relax, enjoy sex, and try different things. Here are a few things that I believe to have helped me conceived the first try....
1) Dont use a lubracant even if it's advertized "no spermicide." I was told that even ones without it can hinder the sperm and to use Pre Seed. I ended up not using it and just lubricated with water.
2) Once you know when you will be most fertile (Babyzone.coms ovu;ation calander helped me with this) have sex every other day before your egg is released and then on your most fertile day. Take a rest from sex after for a little while.
3) When having sex missionary has proved best and I placed a pillow under my butt during sex and then after sex for 15-20 min before getting up to wipe.
Good luck...just remember to RELAX and enjoy trying.

I have spoken to a lot of women who have conceived. Those that tried treatment found a lot conceived once they took a break from treatment and a holiday. A Good diet no smoking and no alchohol will help. I suggest you stop thinking of it and find relaxing things to do and you will probably find it will happen without you realising it. Have sex when you know you should be ovulating both befor and after. If your not sure check your temperature it will rise slightly when ovulating. Good luck

Me too! this happened today!
I'm gutted and I know how you feel.
But, onwards and upwards. today I've drawn myself another chart, I'm going to test my temperature every morning, use ovulation predictor kits, use pre seed, take clomid, take folic acid, avoid tea and coffee, drink green tea, stop smoking, eat healthily, exercise, make love every other day, get my hubby to go on top, use a pillow for under my hips and have a fertility spell!
Hell if that don't work I'm screwed!
Email me and we can get through this month together as it seems we have started at roughly the same time!
I know its a bummer but a bit of encouragement couldnt go a miss!
