Males reach sexual maturity at the age of 18 (or thereabouts). Sperm production starts at around the age of 12 - 13 as puberty kicks in.
Expelling sperm is a perfectly natural thing to do and can occur through masturbation or less frequently from an erotic (wet) dream.
This sort of thing was frowned upon, and in the middle ages in Europe was blamed on incubus and succubus (both semi-demons - one male the other female). This theory is discredited and pre-dates accepted modern understandings of biology and the processes of puberty.

Nothing happens, it is perfectly normal, and will happen again, especially when sexually aroused, which happens a lot at age 15. Masturbating may help it from happening at the wrong time, but that's normal too.
