There is no limit but they can reach a point where they can irritate the umpire and that is not a good thing. However, a second visit to the mound, in the same inning, by the manager and/or pitching coach and the pitcher has to be removed from the game.

There is no limit for a catcher. I am sure that the umpire behind the plate would get on him if he keeps going out there, though. It is different for the manager or any other coach, though. One of them can go out there once an inning "free of charge." If they go out there a second time, they must change pitchers. If there may be a problem with the pitcher as far as them being hurt, if the trainer goes out, the coach can usually go out with them, but it is supervised by the umpire, and the coach cannot talk about the game, only asking if they are hurt or not.

There seems to be some confusion here. The catcher can visit as often as he likes, but a manager / coach can only visit once per inning; the second time the pitcher must be taken out.

I think that the catcher can visit the pitcher as many times as they want throughout the game

There's no limit for a catcher, I think there's no limit for a pitching coach either. However I'm pretty sure a manager can only go out a set number of times, no idea what it is though.

As many times as the plate umpire will allow. If you make too many trips, the umpire does have the right to deny further requests.
