Dimension e510?

Question

I have a Dimension E510 . The computer was shut down and will not restart.
The funny thing is the powere button is blinking. I have unplugged everything
replugged and nothing. Still the blinking power button. I called Dell, my warranty is out
but they tried to help. They told me to unplug and then try. Obviously nothing.
They seemed to think i would need advanced troubleshooting. Before I pay, any ideas?

Flashing power light is the psu failed its internal checks. I am surprised Dell did not recognise this.
