I have a white Calvin Klein bra from the "365" collection. It's slightly a push-up bra which means it's thicker in the actual cup part of it, and it has under-wires. I try to keep it as clean as I can but it is white afterall, so it get's dirty, especially along the straps and edges etc. The bra is made of 86% Nylon and 14% elastane (which is some kind of elastic im guessing?) and the label says "exclusive of elastic and decoration" beneath the above two fabrics. I have no idea what that means but it might not be relevant. I wanted to know if it was ok to soak the bra in Oxi-Clean solution? and if so, are there any pre-cautions I should take?

OXI-CLEAN is good for all fabrics, just use a little bit not a cup ful, for a bra, use a table spoon. it cleans by lifting action from the oxic, fill sink up with warn water and tb spoon oxi. and soak for an hour and rinse well and wash gently with wool light/ or gentle soap. good luck, this is how I care for mine.

Yes, but remember any bra with elastic must not be soaked or washed in very hot water or it will be stretched and ruined in no time.
If you aren't happy with the results, you can try:

Babies R Us makes a Baby Oxi-clean that is FABULOUS in taking out baby stains. However I am not sure if it will damage them or not. But it works great for everything else.

no it's too much of a harsh chemical and will break down the lycra. it would be best to give it a gentle hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse it in cold water and then let it drip dry in the shade.
