Vesper was her name, not Veseer. She cried because she had betrayed Bond and he had fallen for her and actually had used her name as the password to the money. His using her name showed her the depth of his affection.

Congratulations every single on of you on here are 100% wrong. Instead of just guessing try and give logical answers so people can actually learn things instead of being mislead by morons.
What Vesper is referring to is the type of drink James Bond was drinking during the poker game. He literally asked for the drink he had as a password. He is a reckless man-child and wanted to boast in his confidence that he would win.
A Vesper is a traditional Martini drink made with Gin, vodka, and Kina Lillet.
He literally had half of the people playing poker against him drink his password...

"Veseer" is French for "Password". She cried because everyone knows that "Password" is the stupidest password to use, even in French. She realized how dumb James Bond really was, which just made her feel worse about the fact that his ears make him look like a taxi with the doors open.
Interestingly, in the novel, he uses the password "bond_is_so_cool".
No, seriously, she cries because he used her name, "Vesper".

The password wasn't vesser it was Vesper, her name !
That's why she started to cry, becuase he really cared for her, enough to use her name as a password.
