Depends on who I am with. With certain friends or at work Spanish is the one I use. One friend of mine is German so sometimes I talk to her in that. I use Italian sometimes. I can read some Latin and am learning more everyday which I use to read primary sources for Roman History. The vast majority of the time though I use English, the language of poetry. :)

"Filipino" is Philippines' national language (1st), dialects of which are: tagalog , Visayan , Ilocano , Bicol, Pampango and many others.

"English" is the general medium of instruction , that is in my honest opinion. This was so for the majority to be able to attain a high literacy to read and write
