This questions makes as much sense as 'what will happen if the Sun goes out ?'
It is (of course) a total impossibility ... there will ALWAYS be some 'unemployment' somewhere in the world (in UK for example, children are legally un-employable until age 14 or so .. not true in other countries where no minimum age exists .. so to suggest babies can be employed is nonsense)
.. actually the effect would be much the same (end of Civilisation as we know it :-) )

Zero unemployment will mean the end of people on here (and Jeremy Kyle) being able to tell others to 'get a job'.
Seriously, if there was no unemployment the jobcentre workers, DWP staff would all be unemployed.

This was pretty much the situation in 1964, when I left school. If you had 5 'O' level GCEs, you could walk into practically any job you wanted. I got my Civil Service job, with no interview, just took a special test. Whilst it is good for employees, it's not so good for businesses. Employers have to make themselves attractive to potential employees, resulting in higher wage and perks levels. If they don't attract employees, they are not operating at full capacity, may lose business, and have to cut back.

We'll have even more Eastern European migrants here. Which is all very well to fill the jobs but they'll put even more pressure on an already struggling health and schools system here.

Please don't post your homework assignments out here for other people to do for you. You need to do this work to learn. If you don't wish to learn, you should drop the course. If the work is too difficult, then talk to your instructor.
If there is something SPECIFIC that you need help with, then by all means, we will try to help you.
