honestly ? people dont say anything to you. i have worked in customer service and i have had bad days where i have been in tears and people dont even say one word to you.
if i saw you walking down the street though i would probably just give you a smile, imagine if i said something and you started balling even more...

I feel very sad when I see people crying. I would surely come up to you and ask you what is the matter and how can I help. I always do that no matter what.I cant bear to see people suffering. Even animals and birds. Wish no living creature had to feel pain mentally or physically.

I'd dash over to you and ask if you were all right. (Of course, you wouldn't be all right, but then I don't know what else to say....)
You probably don't want some stranger to touch you or anything, so I would just sit there next to you, and talk to you until you stop crying....And then if you want to talk, I'll listen...

Then I'd comfort you and chat to you to see wat the matter is and try my very best to help you solve it.
