one (beauty) is a noun and the other(beautiful) is an adjective.

Same root word; it's just how you use it. The roan horse was a real beauty. The beautiful girl rode a marvelous roan horse.

beauty means an inner sense including an attitude of a person or the good personality she/he had.

beautiful means only the physical appearance.
