I bet you didn't know......professional speakers from time to time will endure stage fright....I once, talk to my doctor and he explain to me that he in fact has written those very one a prescription for this matter.

So, you must say, wow a prescription huuhhh! Right... then i ask how doc!......and he further explain, when people have this attack, their heart rate will increase very rapid and heavy. Know, the question you really want to know is, what drug..... well, there are several types to prescrible....the one given to me was Indereal or Inderal... theres another called Propanol... It's mainly used in heart patiants to regulate thier heart rate. my spelling may not be appropriate but seek advice from your doctor...By the way...you dont have to take this daily...only 15 minutes before your performance.

good luck, and hope this will help you!

From http://www.musicaltheatreaudition.com/joomla/content/view/122/64/

These are tips for actors, but the same applies to any performer:
In some ways, overcoming stage fright in a performance is very similar to overcoming nervousness in an audition. By far the most important way to avoid stage fright is to be fully prepared. If you are worried about blocking, remembering your lines, what scene comes next, choreography, etc, then who could blame you for being afraid? Put in the time and effort early on in the rehearsal process and you will feel more confident about your abilities.

Keeping yourself organized offstage can go a long way to avoiding panic as well. If you have a large role, keeping a chart of your responsibilities over the course of the show will keep you focused on what you have to do next.

Having butterflies before a performance is normal for all performers, even professionals, but if you have done everything you can to prepare and keep yourself organized and stage fright is still a serious problem, I think it is important to really think about why it is you continue to perform. Obviously there must be something you enjoy about it or you wouldn't continue - so concentrate on that, and try to address what specifically is making you nervous.

There are more available on the web of course.

good luck!

it is hard to get over a stage fright. almost everyone does. face your fears. think as if your audience are just a bunch of people waiting to be amazed at what you do on stage. don't mind them. mind your performance. good luck.
