if you loose a family member to the street, and the person that did the killing was not a legal immagrant can the state of md be sued??or a fed law suit

why sued? why the deal with $$$$$ ... I think legal justice is ALL i would want the person charged and sentenced accordingly .. NOT BLOOD MONEY.

The alleged murderer's immigration status will not affect his trial or punishment inthe US, other then he will be deported should he ever be released from prison post-sentencing.
