This business idea sounds doomed to failure. Yahoo Answers is absolutely not the place to ask for this kind of information. In any event, how do you hope to compete with the Japanese car industry with its well-established network of dealers? For heavens sake, Toyota and Honda actually MAKE their cars in the UK.

Vehicle importation as a trader is an absolute minefield of rules, regulations and red tape. You would need a lot of experience in the car trade before you even consider an import business.
If you "have no idea on what you need to do", it's definitely NOT the job for you.
