Your government is not supporting their own citizen..They love to see filipinos in the street, or rather they like filipinos to work abroad and take pride to filipinos as oversea workers..your government is corrupted, politicians are busy for their own business and enjoying so much brivery..Political leaders in your country are selfish dogs..Migrate to any country for a better life.. peace...

I'm an expatriate living in the Philippines. You haven't stated the type of work you do but 40 is considered an employable age overseas. I suggest you visit WWW.SEEK.COM.AU as there are heaps of jobs advertised overseas and in various countries and you can apply at the keyboard.

I Think this is ridiculous as at this age a person is Experienced and give maximum support to the organisation. Field Jobs do have some constraints.
