In other words, have you changed (physically) a lot since those times?

I'm told I haven't changed at all in 20 years, although I know I have a few more wrinkles.

Funny you should ask this question because 3 weeks ago me and three guys from my comprehensive school met for the first time in 49 years.
We were 16 when we last saw each other and call it instict or what you will but none of us had change except of course we are older and two of the guys had lost their hair.
Naturally we had arranged to meet outside of a pub, but I had no problem recognising the other three.

You probably will reconise them if you spent a lot of time together at school. I often run into friends from school that I haven't seen for 20 years or more and we reconise one another straight away.
I can even remember their names from all that time ago.
I sold my house 6 years ago and who should the real estate agent be, but a guy from my primary school who I hadn't seen for over 20 years, we reconised one another within 20 seconds. It was so strange.
Your face stays basically the same shape and your mannerisms won't change too much.

Yes.
This past year I had two people come and ask me if
I was_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I felt bad because when the one person approached me I had no idea who they were, I just did not recognize her even when she told me who she was, I felt so bad because I still could not remember her maybe if I had a picture of her from middle school I could remember.

I would say, its natural to "grow up" and have changes. Changes from physical appearance from hair style, make up, the way you dress and possibly plastic surgery.

Actually I haven't. I pretty much look the same, just taller with a woman's body.
