rate them on what? Looks? Personality? Number 11 are very loud, not particularly attractive and have the cheeskiest kids I have ever encountered in my life! But on the other hand, they are always bringing food around so I'd give them an 8. Number 15 are miserable as hell. The wife never seems to smile and I've only seen the husband a couple of times but I know he lives there - she's probably got him locked in the cellar! I give them a 6 as they don't bother me

my neighbours on one said are great 12 out of 10 .. they have brilliant party's, they are there for me when i need a friend they are just nice people.. i don't really see those on the other side very often but I'd give them a 7 out of 10

My neighbours on my left are a load of wasters...so perhaps 5 and my neighbours on my right are not locals(no offence to readers) but stay up late drinking in their garden being really loud and keep my little boy up so they get a 2. Neither side return his football. Meanies

10 out of 10. My neighbours are old and don't make a sound i am NEVER disturbed by them, compared to my last neighbours its like living in heaven now.

One side i have great neighbours,quiet polite always ready with that cup of sugar..the other side are a pain in the butt,noisy alcoholics..one of them has great taste in music though apart from that i cant think of anything nice to say about them :) LEAVE MY HAIR ALONE I CANT HELP IT

Mine are 20, they are great-quiet, considerate, polite and always at work. They had a baby last year and even came round to apologise for him crying in the night. How nice is that? I will never move and Ive told them not to either!!
